We are a female-owned and operated by a New York state Licensed Private Investigator. We provide process service throughout Western New York including Buffalo NY and Erie County, New York.
Many years in the process serving industry and a wide range of cases handled gives us a complete mastery of our profession. We understand the strict rules both federal and state pertaining to the service of process.
JLB Investigations & Process Service was founded in 2000, however, we have been in the industry since 1994.
We use the latest process service software to provide our clients with timely updates including GPS stamped photo’s from the process server of attempts at process service.

Process Service
Process service is notifying a party of their involvement in a court proceeding with the delivery of legal documents. Commonly served documents include, landlord tenant notices, subpoenas, summons, complaints, motions, order to show cause and petitions. While this is often the first step it is critical that this step is done properly for a case to continue in the litigation process.

We use modern databases and research to locate individuals for the purpose of serving process. We have access to databases to locate difficult to find subjects that are not available to the public-to ensure proper service.
